The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast consisting of fresh bread, croissants, and a variety of beverages. The hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants, ensuring guests have plenty of dining options.

There were no toiletries in the room upon arrival, but the issue was quickly resolved by contacting reception.

The location was perfect, great to easily explore the charming old town of Lyon. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the beginning to the end of my stay. this hotel offered a great location and transportation options, making it easy for me to explore the city.
